Exhibitor Load-In/Load-Out

• Exhibitor Load-In: Monday, October 12 – 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  Expo will be open from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 14th
• Exhibitor Load-Out: Wednesday, October 14 — at the conclusion of the conference
  Expo will be open from 8:00 am - 3:45 pm on Wednesday.

Exhibit Information

• Each 8’d x 10’w exhibit space includes black pipe & drape, ID sign, a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and 110v power. The Alerus Center also offers some additional furnishings and AV equipment available to rent for your booth.
• Wi-Fi is included.

Shipping

If you choose to ship your booth items in advance of the conference, the Alerus Center will begin accepting small shipments (boxes and cases 3’x3’ or smaller) no earlier than Thursday, October 8th at 9:30 am. Larger items or freight must be delivered on Monday, October 12th. All packages must be addressed as follows:


Exhibitors are required to make their own return shipping arrangements. All return shipments will require a return label affixed to the package/freight and pick-ups will need to be scheduled within Alerus Center business hours.
